| I received a email message that my order has been cancelled. What happened? |
| 99% of the time if you have received a message your order has been cancelled it is related to your payment / shipping information. Our advanced fraud protection system will reject your order if the billing / shipping addresses do not match your credit card information. We cannot resolve payment issues for you, you will need to contact your bank or credit card company to resolve payment issues. Also make sure you included the CVN code for your credit card. |
| Can I get my tracking number so I can know when my order will arrive? |
| Due to the number of orders our company processes each day, we DO NOT release tracking numbers / information. If you would like to estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the chart below. |
